Meet the Women Behind the Style

Four Girls and a Rack was founded by Sarahjane, Lissa, Emma and Sareeta, four women from four different generations who discovered that some of life's greatest friendships can begin in the most unexpected places.

What started as a group of work colleagues quickly grew into a genuine friendship. Through navigating workplace challenges together, they found strength in one another, building a bond founded on trust, resilience and a shared belief that women are stronger when they support each other.

Although their careers have since taken them in different directions, their friendship has remained constant. United by a love of fashion, a passion for sustainability and a genuine desire to give back to their community, they turned a shared dream into Four Girls and a Rack.

Today, they're creating more than just beautiful boutique fashion markets. They're building a welcoming community where women can connect, gain confidence, earn extra income, embrace sustainable fashion and support causes that make a real difference.

Because at the heart of Four Girls and a Rack are four women who believe that when women lift each other up, incredible things happen.
